Mother Breath Community Breathwork
Welcome to Mother Breath, a nurturing online sanctuary dedicated to supporting mothers through the transformative power of breathwork. Our mission is to hold space for mothers to cultivate inner peace, emotional resilience and holistic wellbeing by tapping into the profound benefits of conscious connected breathwork.

Mother Breath is more than a practice – it's a community and a movement. Our deep desire is to touch the lives of many,, fostering self-awareness, compassion and love that spreads far and wide.

By carving out sacred time and space to tend to ourselves, we can connect more deeply with the parts of ourselves we might have lost as we journey through motherhood and recalibrate our sense of self. Our community is a space where mothers can remember themselves. It’s a space where we can tune into and tend to our needs, wants and desires. One breath at a time.
Come along to a Mother Breath session and embark on a journey towards a more nourished version of motherhood. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, our community is here to support you every step of the way.

About Us
We believe that the journey of motherhood deserves – and needs – continuous support and care. Our community has been created by four experienced breathwork practitioners and compassionate mothers who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising children. We offer a lovingly held, non-judgmental space where mothers can drop all masks and come as they are to connect, feel, heal and thrive.

Hannah
I am a mother to an amazing 5 year old boy who is bursting with vitality. Becoming a mother has been a profound rite-of-passage; one of great transformation and the shedding of old skin and the stepping into new ways of being and relating to life. Conscious breathing has been my anchor through the magical but often intense journey of motherhood. I see mothers as the natural leaders in our world. My favourite place to be is in the forest, feet on the earth, around the fire singing. Exploring and teaching breathwork has been my work and my joy, (especially with fellow mothers!). I live in the South Downs, East Sussex.

Grace
I am mother to two energetic young girls, who I think of as my biggest teachers. I have the intensity of motherhood to thank for guiding me into the world of breathwork, which I use daily to navigate the ups and downs of this beautifully messy chapter. Aside from practising breathwork and sharing it with other mothers, my great loves in life are surfing, learning languages and cold water swimming. I come from Scotland but have settled in Switzerland amongst the lakes and mountains.

Nicola
I am a mother to two wonderful children, my boy is 6 & my girl is 4. Since experiencing the loss of both my Dad and Brother and becoming a mother all within 3 years and half years of each other, I found Breathwork to be the most helpful tool to navigate the grief, help find myself again and to start thriving instead of surviving through motherhood. I love to find moments of joy in every day, laughter alongside breathing and moving are my medicine. I live in, Brighton, right by the sea & luckily get a daily nature fix.

Tara
I am a mother of two awesome boys who inspire and amaze me every day.
My favourite part about sharing breathwork with mothers is the fostering of better connection with themselves that allows them to connect better with their children.
I am based in based in Montreal, Canada where I also teach functional
breathing for optimal health and performance, and facilitate transformational breathwork sessions.
